Terms and Conditions for
All of Oliver’s Infusion Services

This policy is valid from 1^st July 2010.

1. All .com and .com.au (or any other domain name) registrations are set-up in the Oliver’s infusion customer accounts on third party websites and can be transferred to your own name if you decide to maintain the domain name yourself. If you do this within the first year a transfer fee of $9 will be incurred and billed to you
2. The fee’s associated with the registration of a domain and web hosting can change at anytime due to third party pricing and as such this is out of our control.
3. Yearly hosting fee’s and domain renewal fee’s will be payable prior to the annual renewal of the domain(s) registered to you and all monthly hosting fee’s will be payable prior to monthly anniversary of the account.
4. Web Maintenance is defined as: content changes (text, imagery, video, and plugins). Web maintenance pricing can’t be used for the completer redesign of a website. A redesign will be regarded as a new website and as such you will need to purchase one of the Fusion Website Packages. Web Maintenance does not cover SEO Services.
5. Free Web Maintenance offers do not carry over into the next month. All unused maintenance will be lost at the end of each month and won’t be reimbursed. The same rules apply for any Web Maintenance plans with a monthly total attached to it.
6. Blogger Web Maintenance Packages are strictly only available to bloggers and not general websites.
7. Once an offer has finished the price will return to the current price listed in the most up to date price guide.
8. Business hours and Business Days are defined as Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 05:00pm local time Gold Coast, Australia.
9. Cross-platform testing is defined as a website being tested on Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Google Chrome to check that the web site functions properly and there are no compatibility issues.
10. The “legal’s” stated as Terms of Use, Disclaimer Policy, Privacy Statement are provided for your website to comply with various international regulations. These pages have not been checked by a lawyer and by no means will Oliver’s Infusion be liable for any damages caused by these policies. The policies can be changed by yourself or a lawyer at any time.
11. Oliver’s Infusion will not be held liable for any content on your website(s) and as such will not pay any compensation or other monies unless ordered by a court of Australia. It is up to you to make sure that your content complies with relevant laws and acts.
